(Prereq: completion of NURS A315, NURS A324, and NURS A414; Coreq: NURS A418, NURS A419, and NURS A421; must be taken in last semester of program) NURS A425 is a clinical practicum course that focuses on the application of the nursing process for diverse clients with complex health needs. Emphasis is on collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate management of clients across the lifespan. Precepted clinical experiences and a project provide opportunities to apply leadership concepts and prepare the graduate to assume the role of a professional nurse.
