This course is a continuation of PHYS 111. Specific topics include the study of electricity and magnetism, wave phenomena, optics, relativity, atomic and nuclear physics. Prerequisites: PHYS 111 and 111L or consent of the instructor. This course along with PHYS 112L may be used in fulfillment of the Natural Science component of the General Education Requirements.
