3 credits (2+3) Introduction to the history and techniques of image creation and reproduction, archaic to digital, on a variety of materials including paper, hard surfaces, and textiles. Techniques are not limited to Plexiglas, linoleum, wood block, metal plate, and silkscreen processes. Emphasis is on artistic expression vis-a-vis media and audience.
