Description:
This course is designed to take students who already have a grasp of the basics of rock climbing to the next level. Students will travel to a designated location in order to develop the ability to sport lead outside, and gain working knowledge of the fundamental concepts of placing removable rock protection (trad gear) and doing practice leads while placing trad gear in the rock. Students will also learn crack climbing movement techniques such as hand jams and foot jams. Prerequisites: RECR F140H or RECR F140J. Offered As Demand Warrants
