In this course, students will manage UAF's Real Estate Investment Trust Fund. The fund (currently valued at approximately $300,000) aims to outperform the MSCI REIT Index on a risk-adjusted basis. Students will manage all investment decisions, per the REIT Fund by-laws, with the support of their faculty advisor. Prerequisites: BA F454 and BA F455. Offered As Demand Warrants
