Includes obtaining, reviewing, and summarizing records; records confidentiality and records security procedures; use of medical consultants; use of medical records to value and settle a case; working with records at trial; and rules of legal ethics associated with access to medical records. Legal specialty course. Registration Restrictions: Associate of baccalaureate degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
