Topics include sampling and data analysis, descriptive statistics, elementary probability, probability and sampling distributions, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, correlation, and simple linear regression. Prerequisite: MATH S105 (B or better) or placement test. Recommended: MATH S151 (C or better).
