3 credits (3+0) A continuation of SPAN S202. Focus is on gaining vocabulary and learning idiomatic expressions for increased verbal fluency. Includes some fine tuning of grammar skills and work on reading skills but emphasis is on practicing conversation and creating situations in the classroom that simulate situations students would encounter in a Spanish-speaking country. Prerequisite: SPAN S202 and WRTG S211 (C or higher) and upper division standing, or instructor permission.
