3 credits (3+0) Overview of research methodology utilized within the structure of social science as applicable to scientific theory and resolution, particularly as applicable to law enforcement. Specific basic methods and designs will be outlined and studied as they apply to conducting surveys, recording observations, and conducting appropriate experiments within the realm of social science. Statistical analysis will be introduced. Prerequisite: JUST S110.
