Presents information protection, access disclosure, archival, privacy and security. Introduces informatics, analytics and data use, including health information technologies, information management strategic planning, decision support, health care statistics, research methods, consumer informatics, health information exchange and information integrity and data quality. Prerequisite: Admission to any HIM program.
