3 credits (3+0) Advanced study and practice in the techniques of creative writing. This may include poetry, drama, fiction, creative non-fiction, or other genres. Creative writing techniques are explored through literary study and writing workshops. The specific theme and/or genre will be announced in the course schedule. May be repeated for credit when content varies. Prerequisite: ENGL S261 (C 2.00 or better) or instructor permission.
