Analyzes pharmacology, techniques, medical contraindications and management complications accompanying administration and monitoring of nitrous oxide. Prerequisites: Completion of all F100-level dental hygiene classes with a C- grade or better or current Alaska licensure in dental hygiene; permission of department; current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
