Students will learn key concepts and skills that will help them respond to cross-cultural and human rights conflicts in a productive manner. Students will learn basic conflict analysis for cross-cultural and human rights disputes, including those occurring in rural Alaska. By the end of the course students will understand the theoretical assumptions that drive these conflicts and will learn tools to resolve them. Prerequisites: COJO F302; WRTG F211X, WRTG F212X, WRTG F213X or WRTG F214X. Offered Spring.
