Review and explore many types of patient encounters encompassed by the scope of practice of the Alaska Community Health Aide/Practitioner (CHA/P). Focus is on professional standard of care issues and provision of competent and legal documentation of patient encounters. Emphasis on proper use of the Alaska Community Health Aide/Practitioner (CHAM) to conduct and document the encounter and its legal significance. Prerequisites: CHP F131; CHP F132. Special restrictions: Employed as a Community Health Aide by a Native Tribal Health Organization.
