Topics include: nucleotides metabolism, DNA structure and topology, DNA replication, DNA repair and recombination, cell cycle regulation, RNA transcription and processing. Gene expression, translation and protein metabolism. Biomedical relevance and contemporary techniques will be addressed if appropriate. Prerequisites: CHEM F321. Offered Fall
