Topics include: epidemiology, stress theories, brain anatomy, psychophysiology, psychoneuroimmunology, chronic pain, tobacco/alcohol abuse, diet, exercise, terminal illness, and how doctor/patient communication affects basic health care delivery. The biopsychosocial orientation is presented from both disease and prevention strategies.
