Examines the basics of finance as it applies to real estate investment and asset management. Topics include operating budgets, cash flow pro formas, performance measures and property valuations. Provides students with the tools to calculate revenue and expense management figures such as return on investment (ROI), net operating income (NOI), cash flow and internal rate of return (IRR). Registration Restrictions: College of Business and Public Policy majors must be admitted to upper-division standing.
