This course presents leadership theories and concepts that have emerged over the past several decades. It provides students the opportunity to apply these theories through case analysis and hands on learning and, to enhance personal skill development through self-assessment. Students will examine current leaders and contemporary perspectives on ethics and social responsibilty, organizational culture and design, diversity, business strategy selection, and crisis management.
