Description:

In this course, students will begin to deepen their understanding of statistics and the implications of the results. The main purpose of the course is to integrate descriptive statistics with current business models; the application of this integration will be used in decision-making processes. Assignments throughout the course will be completed using Microsoft Excel. In addition, students will be prepared to complete the Microsoft Excel Expert Certification exam (optional). (3 credits) Prerequisites: CIS210 and MAT135 or MAT135 and ACC240
