This course is designed to cover the full range of topics related to the regulations governing businesses and individuals related to both business law and taxation. The course will cover the tax structure and regulatory environment in which businesses and individuals operate in the U.S. and abroad. This is an instructor-guided online course, with a set study plan to complete the review materials for the Regulation (REG) section of the CPA exam by the end of the semester.
