2600. Emergency Medical Services Special Populations. Study of etiology, pathophysiology, symptomatology and management of special needs patients. Includes gynecology, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral, abuse/assault, infectious and communicable diseases, and chronic care. Must be taken concurrently with EMS 2601.
