This course will focus on strategies, skills and tools for the effective school leader to develop self-managed teams as well as utilize multiple leaders concomitantly and/or sequentially. The course will enable school leaders to better identify their own strengths and talents in order for them to tap and cultivate indigenous school leadership in the realms of social leadership, interpersonal leadership, organizational leadership and inspirational leadership. 3 credits
