Course participants will analyze and synthesize current research and literature on the concepts of opportunity to learn and equity in education, with a focus on both assessment for learning and assessment of learning. Participants will examine high-stakes assessments as they relate to current curricula, and they will also create and analyze their own classroom assessment tools. 3 credits
