This course creates a synthesis of the students' existing experiences and knowledge of behavior within organizations with new insights and learning. Both areas help students overcome problems and take advantage of opportunities in new and effective ways for achieving organizational goals. An interdisciplinary approach is taken, combining learning and concepts from the fields of social and organizational psychology, management, leadership skills, organizational design and development, and change theory. 3 credits
