Description:
This course introduces Students to board and CAD drafting fundamentals by creating parts, assemblies and drawings. Students will learn how to create and modify parts and assemblies, and develop prints for production, on the drafting board. Upon the completion of each of the board drawings, students will replicate the same drawing by using AutoCAD in the CAD lab. Emphasis is placed on industry-based standards of printed views with dimensioning.
