A philosophical course, integrating concepts in social, physical, and biological sciences with an introduction to the quantitative synthesis of ecological systems. The course is designed to provide the specialist with a total view of resource use and management.Prerequisites: BIOL 205, NTRS 321 or the consent of the Instructor. Students who have taken NTRS 451 are not eligible to take NTRS 531 for graduate credit.Credit, three hours.
