Prerequisite(s): (SPAN 3030 and SPAN 3040) or SPAN 3050, and University Advanced Standing. Teaches language structures and terminology specific to Spanish language in the field of Psychology. Examines the cultural issues present in the interactions with Spanish-speaking patients/clients. Prepares students to work with Spanish-speaking patients/clients in future careers in healthcare, social work, education, or translation/interpreting.
