Prerequisite(s): University Advanced Standing. Pre- or Corequisite(s): MUSC 4221, MUSC 4360, or MUSC 4370. Provides placement in a secondary public school setting in one weekly class or ensemble in preparation for the final student teaching experience. Requires score preparation, assistance with sectionals, teaching music literacy concepts and mini lessons, and other work as assigned by the supervisor and cooperating teacher. Includes peer observations in various school settings. Provides formal observations by content faculty.
