This course introduces standards used by professionals when communicating within the legal environment. Emphasis is placed on oral advocacy within the structured environment of the courtroom and upon rules of evidence. This course is available to students who have been, or will be, participating on the University's intercollegiate Mock Trial team. Prerequisite: permission of the instructor.
