In this course, students perform in the role of an advanced nurse educator; apply complex knowledge and skill in academic and practice learning environments; evaluate strategies to advance nursing education; and explore the current and future educational challenges for the advancement of nursing education. Course requirements include completion of 150 Practicum hours, submission of the Capstone Project - Phase 2 and the finalized e-Portfolio. Prerequisites: All other MSN degree and Nurse Educator certificate requirements. Submission of all documents and requirements outlined in the Practicum Packet including a criminal background check.
