Description:
The focus of this course is to introduce the student to the elementary positions of classical ballet. These concepts are incorporated into a full ballet class with exercises at the barre, in the center and moving across the floor. Classes are slow and thorough to ensure the understanding and improvement of proper alignment, posture, rotation, and flexibility while experiencing the joy and beauty of ballet.
