This course provides a practical approach to the structure and function of the legal system from the perspective of the professional non-lawyer. While noting our legal heritage, there is a strong emphasis on the basic legal rules that most impact business today. The course will adopt a traditional case focus for the unique needs of students incorporating up-to-date topics.
