The course will explore the role of the professional in teaching individuals, families, communities, and peers. The Learner as well as the Educator and their unique characteristics and the influence they have on the learning experience will be explored. This along with advances in technology, environmental and social influences that enhance or deter from the ability to educate effectively will be highlighted.
