CJ 400. Utilization of Community Resources. This course examines the potential of community organization and acton as alternative to formal criminal justice processing and addressing the problem of crime in the United States. The history and current roles of public, private and grass roots organization will be discussed in terms of implication for future approaches to crime and related social problems.
