Prerequisites: HES 103/203, reserved for Health and Exercise Science majors This course provides students with scientific information pertinent to the physiological and biochemical responses and adaptations of human body to physical stress and how regular physical activity may help augment human function and prevent hypokinetic-related diseases. Students will also be exposed to the research process pertaining to this subject matter and be prompted to use what they learn for problem solving.
