Prerequisite: Permission of instructor An integrated, advanced-level Chinese language course that offers students additional opportunities to further improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Special emphasis will be given to the development of communicative skills enabling the student to engage in discussions on a range of past and current social issues. The course also provides students opportunities to become familiar with and to practice more complex sentence patterns and grammatical structures through classical and modern Chinese texts. Oral Proficiency Class is required.
