Prerequisites: BIO 103, BIO 104, ENG 101, HPE 242 Provides essential experiences and networking opportunities in an exercise science setting suitable to student interests. Emphasizes career planning and the application of anatomy and physiology, basic nutrition, exercise measurements and prescription, exercise physiology, program management and promotion, and safety. Upon approval of their supervised setting, each student functions and contributes as a staff member for 225 hours.
