Prerequisite: AUT 112 with a minimum C grade Examines the relationship of automotive emissions with engine driveability concerns. Utilizing information presented in AUT 111 and AUT 112, proper diagnosis of driveability concerns and recommended repair procedures are explored to achieve the best performance and reduced emissions. Emission control devices are examined with an emphasis on operation and emission standards. 2 lecture/2 laboratory hours
