Introduction to traditional quality engineering topics such as statistical quality control (control charts, acceptance sampling, process capability analysis, design of experiments), total quality management, lean manufacturing, six-sigma concepts and practices, measurement, detection, reduction, elimination, and prevention of quality deficiencies.
