A continuation of basic techniques employed by the scenic artist. Emphasis is placed on color mixing cartooning, procedure and practical application to framed scenery, and three-dimensional units. Prerequisites: PROD 124. Course Objectives Upon successful completion of the course, students should be able to: (1) Draw in various media. (2) Paint in various media. (3) Analyze a painting/drawing according to the Elements and Principles of Design. (4) Compose an image on paper or canvas.
