This is an advanced course that focuses on the structure of public relations agencies/departments, account management and planning, reputation management, relationship building, crisis communication, conflict resolution, messaging, writing, design, and new technologies. Students will learn the fundamentals of constructing public relations plans by developing goals, objectives, strategies and tactics that are necessary for executing successful campaigns.
