This course studies the construction and operation of various anti-lock brake systems (ABS). Component theory and testing is covered as well as diagnostics. Interaction between base brake systems and ABS, Traction Control Systems, and Vehicle Stability Control is covered. Costs incurred for parts and/or supplies are the responsibility of the student. Instructor consent required to take this course.
