Description:

This course will provide an overview of individuals with developmental, emotional, and physical disabilities. Topics to be discussed include: behavioral components, mobility issues with hearing and sight impaired individuals, interdisciplinary teamwork, and approaches to adaptive equipment. In order to successfully pass this course, student must achieve a grade of "C" or better, along with meeting the academic standards of the college.
