Offered upon sufficient student demand. **COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs) At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Demonstrate an understanding of human and institutional decision making from multiple perspectives. 2. Demonstrate quantitative reasoning in application of research methods. 3.
