This course involves the active participation of the student in an accepted team sport. Physical education is an important of the school's curriculum, and the participation in sports promotes physical fitness in students, helps them to develop an understanding of rules and strategies, and teaches them to work as a member of team. Prerequisite: Students must meet NJCAA requirements in order to participate in a team sport.
