This class is a veterinary applications course that will require the student to use theories learned in the foundation courses to evaluate practice situations and develop a plan of remediation if deficiencies are detected. Instructor designed scenarios as well as actual veterinary practice examples will be used to challenge the student's analytical and marketing skills. Financial topics, including evaluation of potential practices and buying decisions will be covered. Marketing strategies and ideas will be addressed as well as strategic planning exercises. Prerequisites: Enrollment in the Veterinary Technology Program and upper division standing or approval of the Director.
