A continuation of VETE 2103, this course will explore the most commonly used classes of drugs, the applications to each body system and the record keeping responsibilities involved in handling and prescribing medications, including controlled substances. Therapy, kinetics, dynamics and efficacy of different drug compounds will be explored. Pre-requisites: Enrollment in the Veterinary Technology Program, VETE 2103.
