Phenotypic evaluation of market animals including cattle, swine, and sheep. Emphasis on selection of market animals designated for slaughter. Evaluation of the economically important carcass characteristics for each species will be studied. Prerequisite: AGRI 1319 with a C grade or higher. Lab fee $12.
