Learning disabilities are examined with emphasis on history, definition, causation and characteristics. Content includes teaching methods for language, academic, and social skills as well as effective inclusive practices. Strategies for successful collaboration with parents, guardians, paraprofessionals and general education teachers are studied. Field experience required. Prerequisite: EDSP 3361.
