This course is designed to offer students a comprehensive understanding of leadership theory and its application in the sport industry. Students will explore the integrated perception of leadership and management, dissect leadership theories, and build upon their experiences to form a preferred leadership style unique to sport. This sport focused course acclimates students to leading various types of organizations and management of resources in the sport industry.
